Sooners Prepare To End Spring Practice

Norman, Okla. - The University of Oklahoma moved one step closer to ending spring drills with a limited scrimmage toward the end of practice Wednesday afternoon. Overall, OU had a very spirited two-and-a-half-hour practice.

"We continued to work on the same stuff today but tried to raise the intensity level," noted OU head coach Bob Stoops following the workout. "I thought our quarterbacks did a very nice job of controlling things out there and it was nice to have some players back out there who have been out with injuries."

OU will practice again Thursday afternoon at 3 p.m. and end spring practice with the annual Red/White Game on Saturday at 2:15 p.m. Tickets for the scrimmage can be purchased at the OU Ticket Office. Prices are $5 for adults and $2 for youth.
