Sooners Hold Second Day of Spring Workouts

NORMAN, Okla. - Oklahoma football continued spring practices in chilly weather today, working out in helmets, shoulder pads and sweats. Practice was held on the grass practice fields next to Memorial Stadium after working on the turf yesterday. The Sooners followed their normal practice schedule.

All Tuesday and Thursday practice start times have been moved from 3:30 to 3 p.m.

Practice continues tomorrow at 4 p.m. at the OU practice fields when the team will in full pads for the first time this season. The first scrimmage of the spring is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on Saturday inside Memorial Stadium.
