First, I want to congratulate you on a spectacular season. What are you looking forward to the most in playing at the Orange Bowl for the National Title?

What do you value the most as you look back at your two years spent at the University of Oklahoma?

The relationships and I formed with the people in the program, especially my teammates. I also value the steps forward we have taken as a program.

Heupel, you have really set the standard for the all-round athlete this year. Not only do you have the ability to play tough, but also, the intelligence to play smart. I know your football career is not over, but do you see yourself following in your dad's footsteps and coaching football one day?

I will definitely follow in his footsteps and get into coaching. Hopefully it won't be in the near future.

Hey Josh, great season so far! I was wondering why everyone in the nation seems to think you have a bad elbow even though you deny it. Is their truth to the rumor, or was it something that got started because you didn't throw for 500 yards and 8 touchdowns each game? I think your performace has been steady all year and you deserve every honor and award that is given to you. Great job and have fun in the NFL.

I have had a bit of bursa sac problem since midseason and I don't know how it got out but it hasn't affected me at all.

Which of your teammates would you say has shown the greatest improvement this season?

I don't think you can pinpoint any one player. The steps everyone have taken forward this season has helped this team have the success we have had.

The Sooners seem to play better as underdogs. Does being an underdog motivate the team to play better?

No. Games that we have been underdogs have been big games and this team has risen to the occasion each time.

You have to realize the stakes that you are playing for and that you have a chance to reach all of your goals. That should keep you focused.

What's it like to finally have a short period of rest. I know you said you'd take a day or two to enjoy the Big 12 Championship, but is it refreshing to take some time to just rest up. Josh Norman said he liked being "bored".

I haven't gotten to watch any film on them or given it much thought. I will start that process next week.

What would you consider your greatest or most pivotable win this season?

I don't think there is one game. But the stretch where we played Texas, K-State and Nebraska set us up for the rest of the season and got us to where we are now.
