  • The 11:08 kickoff time was the earliest ever in the 95th meeting between Oklahoma and Texas.

  • Sophomore wide receiver Andre Woolfolk's 29-yard touchdown reception early in the first quarter was his fourth of the season.

  • Senior quarterback Josh Heupel's first-quarter touchdown pass marked the 17th straight game he has thrown for at least one score.

  • Sophomore running back Quentin Griffin's first-quarter reception marked the 10th-straight game he has caught at least one pass.

  • With six touchdowns on the day, Griffin broke the school record for most touchdowns in a single game. He surpassed Steve Owens' five-touchdown effort against Nebraska in 1968 and Jerald Moore's five touchdowns against Oklahoma State in 1994.

  • Heupel's touchdown pass brought his career total to 39.

  • Sophomore wide receiver Damian Mackey has now caught at least one ball in 17 straight games.

  • Oklahoma's 42 first-half points were the most the Sooners scored in one half since scoring 34 against Texas A&M in the first half last season.

  • Junior linebacker Rocky Calmus' interception in the second quarter was his first of the season and second of his career. The 41-yard interception return for a touchdown marked the first score of his career.

  • Sophomore split end Curtis Fagan's eight-yard touchdown run was the first rushing touchdown of his career.

  • Sophomore free safety J.T. Thatcher's third-quarter interception was his sixth of the season. The OU individual record for interceptions in a season is eight.

  • Heupel's 34 yards rushing marked a single-game career high, surpassing his previous best of 14 yards against Rice this season.

  • The 11th-ranked Longhorns are the highest-ranked opponent OU has beaten since 1993 when the Sooners beat No. 5 Texas A&M, 44-14.

  • Oklahoma's 63 points were its most ever against a ranked opponent.

  • OU's margin of victory (49 points) was its largest ever against a ranked opponent. The previous mark was 45 against No. 13 Texas A&M last season. It also marked the largest win against Texas (previous was 45 points in 1956 in a 45-0 final).

  • The Sooners held Texas to -7 yards rushing today. Texas' previous rushing low in the OU/Texas series was 17 yards in 1985.

  • This is only the fourth time in history that Texas has given up 60 points or more.

  • Oklahoma's 28 first downs today were its most ever against Texas, surpassing 27 first downs made in 1993.

  • Oklahoma's 534 yards of total offense were the most ever against Texas. It's only the third time in the series the Sooners have surpassed the 500-yard total. The previous high was 508 in 1973.

  • The Sooners outgained Texas by 380 yards in total offense (534 to 154), breaking the previous largest differential of 334 yards set by the 1956 national championship team (502 to 168).

  • OU improved to 5-0 for the first time since 1993.

  • Heupel has now attempted 81 straight passes without an interception. He has completed 54 passes without an interception. His last interception came against Rice on Sept. 23.

  • With 275 yards passing today, Heupel upped his career total to 4,980 yards, which is second on OU's all-time list. He trails Cale Gundy (6,142).

  • Oklahoma's 63 points scored were the most in a single game since the 1989 season opener against New Mexico State when the Sooners were victorious, 73-3.

  • The Sooners held Texas to -7 seven rushing yards on the day. The last time the Sooners held an opponent to negative rushing yardage was against North Texas (-44) in 1995.
