Colton Steele joined Oklahoma Athletics in May 2024 as Manager of Data & Analytics in the Athletic Ticket Office. In this role, Steele manages CRM records relevant to the ticket office sales team, conducts analysis to drive revenue, and creates data visualizations to support data-driven decision-making.

A native of Council Grove, Kansas, Steele holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Oklahoma. He earned his Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management Information Systems in 2021, followed by a Master of Science in Sports Data Analytics in 2024.

Prior to joining Oklahoma Athletics, Steele served as a Business Intelligence Intern/Associate with the Oklahoma City Thunder, where he processed customer data, automated daily reports, and provided critical sales analytics to key stakeholders. His experience also includes roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Oklahoma, where he served as instructor of record for Introduction to Health and Exercise Science, and as a SportScience Intern, where he tested athletes and processed performance data for coaches and training staff. Steele's professional background also includes serving as a Management Consultant for Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity, where he managed a portfolio of 33 chapters across multiple states and played a key role in establishing a new chapter at Iowa State University. He currently serves as President of the Pi Kappa Alpha - Beta Omicron Alumni Association. In his free time, Steele is an avid disc golf enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his chocolate lab Bo and husky Aurora.
