Beasley started her 18-year career in collegiate athletics at Louisiana Tech University where she served in Assistant and Associate Athletic Director roles in sales, marketing, and event management. Beasley graduated from LA Tech with a Bachelor’s in Marketing in 2005 and received her Master’s in Business Administration in 2006. She was also a four-year letter winner for the LA Tech softball team.

In addition to her day-to-day roles within athletic administration, Beasley has served as the sport administrator for football, women’s basketball, and two national championship teams—women’s gymnastics and baseball.

Positively impacting and serving others is Beasley’s “why”. In order to make an impact, Beasley’s career has been focused on driving revenue and stakeholder experiences that sustain the organization’s overall vision and mission.
