(Outdoor) Competed in two events for the Sooners at the Big 12 Outdoor Championships, scoring in both events… Finished the 1500 in third place with a PR time of 4:20.03…Earned sixth place in the 5000 with a time of 16:37.92…Placed second in the 1500 at the National Relay Championships in a time of 4:21.06… Took home a first place finish in the 1500 at the Rafer Johnson & Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitation and the Roadrunner Invitational… Finished the 5000 with a PR time of 16:00.29, earning first place at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival. Finished third to collect All-Big 12 honors at the Big 12 XC Championship, finishing the 6K in a season-best 20:05.9... Claimed fifth at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships to earn an auto-bid to the 2018 NCAA XC Championships, finishing the 6K in 20:26.7.
