Camp Costs
Camp cost include all instruction and training room and board (for residents only), use of the facilities and a top quality camp shirt.

Deposits
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit must accompany this application. Checks are to be made out to Oklahoma Gold Camps. Personal checks will be accepted for deposits only with cash or money order accepted at registration.

What To Bring
In addition to bedding and toiletries, bring plenty of wrestling workout clothes, wrestling and running shoes, knee pads, head gear (optional) and a good attitude. Supervision and Rules
Campers will be supervised during all organized activities and in the dormitory. Attendance at all assigned activities is mandatory. Failure to comply with camp rules or schedules will result in immediate dismissal without refund.

Camp Tournament
Each camp offers a tournament that begins of the last evening camp. Participation is optional but encouraged. Awards will be given to champions in each division. Matches will be four minutes of folkstyle wrestling. Parents are invited to attend.

Camp Counselors
Jack Spates' Oklahoma Gold Coaching Staff is considered one of the finest coaching and counseling staffs in the country.
