MIAMI, Fla. - Sophomore Leslie Dunlap picked up her second win in as many weeks and extended her string of clearing at least an NCAA provisional mark to 12 at the Golden Panther Invitational here Saturday.

Dunlap was one of four Sooner individuals to win titles. Other Sooner winners included senior Michael McNamara who cleared 17-0 to win the pole vault; Ernest Lewis, who ran a 47.59 to win the 400-meter dash, and Elvin Frempong, who jumped 23-6.25 to win the long jump. The men's 400-meter relay also was victorious with a time of 40.86.

Several other Sooners were entered in events that meet officials did not release final results for, including the men's and women's 200-meter dash, the men's and women's 1600-meter relay, the men's 110-meter high hurdles and the women's 400-meter hurdles.

For the second week in a row, the Sooner vaulters were dominant. Trailing Dunlap in the women's pole vault were Jamie Lillie, who was fourth; Mary Waytula, who was fifth; and Lindsey Bourne, who was sixth. Finishing just behind McNamara were Michael Westlund, who was third, and Austin Landreth, who was sixth.

It was a one-two finish for the Sooner men in the long jump as Frempong won his first meet as a Sooner and Devon Brabham was second, one week after winning the triple jump at the Hurricane Invitational, Brabham's first win as a Sooner. The victory by Ernest Lewis in the 400 marked only the second time this year for him to run in an open event. He battled injuries throughout the indoor season and was limited to relay action until the Big 12 Championship. He did earn All-America honors as a member of OU's 1600-meter relay earlier this month at the NCAA Indoor Championships.

The Sooners will return to Norman after a week of competing and training in Florida. OU will travel to the Texas-Arlington Invitational on Saturday.
