Norman, Okla. - University of Oklahoma football coaches and players will sign autographs on Thursday, Aug. 8, at Fan Appreciation Day in Norman.
The event, which runs from 10:30 a.m.-noon, will be held on the practice fields located south of Memorial Stadium. Fans will be limited to one autograph item per player/coach in order to accommodate as many people as possible. Team members will be seated at tables by position. This will be the only formal autograph session hosted by the team.
The autograph signing will end promptly at noon due to other scheduled team activities. In addition to the autograph session, interactive games wil be on site for children.
There is no admission charge for any of the activities.
Fans should enter the practice fields through the southeast gate of the Barry Switzer Center, near the corner of Jenkins Ave. and Lindsey St., or through the south gate located off Lindsey.
Fans are reminded to allow for extra time during arrival and departure due to the closed streets and a reduction of parking areas that have resulted from the construction that is ongoing at the Memorial Stadium site.
