WALNUT, Calif. - OU sophomore Leslie Dunlap finished ninth in the women's university/open division of the pole vault at the prestigious Mt. Sac Relays late Saturday night.

Dunlap cleared 11-11.75 to finish ninth overall. Kathleen Donoghue of Stanford won the women's competition with a vault of 12-11.50.

In the men's university/open competition, OU senior Michael McNamara finished tied for 13th with a 16-4.75. OU's other competitor, Michael Westlund, did not record a height. Brad Walker of Washington won the men's competition with a vault of 17-8.50 .

OU athletes who have met the qualifying standards will compete in the Drake Relays next weekend while those who were not invited to Drake will compete in the North Texas Quadrangular on Wednesday. Joining host North Texas and OU in the meet are Texas-Arlington and Southern Methodist.
