Norman, Okla. - The cold temperatures finally sent Oklahoma's baseball team packing.

OU was set to host California-Riverside this weekend, but the Sooners left Friday to play that series in California. It will mark Oklahoma's first road game of the season. In addtion, a single game with Texas-San Antonio, scheduled for Monday, has been cancelled.

Oklahoma (7-2) will play at UC-Riverside (10-5) in a doubleheader Saturday and a single game on Sunday. The times for those games were yet to be determined when the team departed Friday afternoon.

OU will next play at home March 8 when it hosts Missouri in the Big 12 opener.
