NORMAN – The No. 1 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team will host its "Country for a Cause" meet during Friday's competition against No. 13 Arkansas at 7:45 p.m. CT.
During team introductions, each student-athlete will wear a cowboy hat in the color that represents a cause they have identified as important to them. Fans are encouraged to join the team in celebrating their own causes and can pick up colored ribbons on the concourse ahead of the meet to show their support as well.
The team will be representing eight different causes Friday night.

Aspen Lenczner,
Kelsey Slade and
Hannah Scheible will be wearing pink hats for breast cancer awareness.
Addison Fatta and
Danielle Sievers will wear purple hats for Alzheimer's awareness, while
Keira Wells' purple hat will represent pancreatic cancer.
Elle Mueller and
Faith Torrez will wear blue for autism awareness,
Audrey Davis and
Jordan Bowers will represent prostate cancer awareness with light blue hats and Lizzy Blessey will wear dark blue for colon cancer.
Caitlin Smith and
Danae Fletcher will show support for heart disease awareness with red hats.
Lily Pederson and
Hurley Snow will bring light to mental health awareness with green hats.

General admission single-meet tickets are on sale for $10 for adults and $8 each for youth (6-18) and senior (55+) tickets. Children aged 5 and under are free. Group ticket packages are available for groups of 10 or more to cheer on the Sooners at a discounted price.
