Men’s Gym Announces 2025 Schedule

NORMAN – University of Oklahoma head men's gymnastics coach Mark Williams announced the program's 2025 schedule Thursday, highlighted by four home meets inside McCasland Field House, including premier February contests against reigning national champion Stanford and national runner-up Michigan.
The Sooners, third-place finishers at the 2024 NCAA Championships, play host to Stanford and Greenville on Feb. 8 at McCasland. OU then faces Michigan and Simpson on Feb. 15 at the field house. Oklahoma opens the 2025 season on Sunday, Jan. 12 against Air Force at McCasland Field House, and also plays host to Illinois on Jan. 25.
"We are incredibly excited about our 2025 schedule, in which we compete at home against three teams that were in the NCAA Finals last season," Williams said. "Our fans will once again have a chance to watch world-class gymnastics and multiple Olympians compete in the Field House, as we face Stanford and Michigan on back-to-back weekends in February. Combined with our season-opening meet against Air Force and a late-January meet against Illinois, we have a thrilling home slate next season. Our two road meets following Winter Cup will provide our team valuable competitions away from home as we prepare for the MPSF and NCAA Championships."
OU will travel to Colorado Springs, Colo., for the annual Rocky Mountain Open on Jan. 18 at the Air Force Academy, then return home to play host to take on Illinois at McCasland Field House on Jan. 25. OU travels to face Ohio State in Columbus, Ohio, on Feb. 2, before returning home for meets against Stanford/Greenville and Michigan/Simpson.
The Sooners break for 2025 USA Gymnastics Winter Cup, which will be held Feb. 21-23 in Louisville, Ky. Individuals who qualify for the event will compete to secure spots at the 2025 U.S. Gymnastics Championships and selection to the U.S. Senior Men's National Team.
Oklahoma competes on the road twice in March to close the regular season, traveling to face California on March 1 in Berkeley, Calif., and then William & Mary and Greenville on March 15 in Williamsburg, Va.
The MPSF Championship will be held on April 5 in Colorado Springs, Colo., and the 2025 NCAA Championships will be held April 18-19 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Oklahoma will hold its annual Red/White intrasquad meet at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at the Sam Viersen Gymnastics Center.
Feb. 7-8 has been announced as a joint Oklahoma men's and women's gymnastics alumni weekend, culminating with the men's meet against Stanford and Greenville.
Season tickets for the 2025 Oklahoma men's gymnastics season are on sale. Fans can purchase new season tickets through SoonerSports.com or by calling the OU Athletics Ticket Office at 405-325-2424.
New season tickets are available for $25 for general admission and $15 for youth (ages 6-18) and seniors (55+). Group packages are available for groups of 10 or more at a discounted price by contacting the ticket office. OU faculty and staff, and letterwinners, can also purchase season tickets for $15.
