n Saturday, March 23, the Sooners won their 15th Big 12 title in record-breaking fashion, earning a 198.950 victory over BYU, Denver, Iowa State and West Virginia. Here's a look back at the unforgettable performance.

The highest team score in NCAA history. The Sooners broke a 20-year-old record on March 23 as they topped the previous NCAA record of 198.875 set by Stanford and UCLA in 2004. Oklahoma is the only team with multiple scores higher than 198.600, all coming this season.

The OU program record in the all-around, held by Maggie Nichols and now, Jordan Bowers. Bowers tied the mark at the conference championship, earning three 10s and a 9.925 on beam to become only the second gymnast in OU history to reach an all-around score of 39.900-plus. Bowers is now tied for fourth in NCAA history with Nichols and LSU's Haleigh Bryant.

During the Big 12 Championship, the Sooners combined for five perfect 10s, earning a team "Gym Slam" with a perfect score on every event. Jordan Bowers earned a perfect score on vault, bars and floor, Ragan Smith earned a perfect 10 on beam and Faith Torrez earned her first career perfect score on floor.

Ragan Smith's perfect score was the 10th of her career on balance beam. Smith is the only Sooner to reach double-digit perfect scores on a single event.

Jordan Bowers did something no Oklahoma gymnast had done before her and that only five gymnasts in NCAA history had done before: score three perfect 10s in one meet. Bowers now has six perfect scores in 2024 alone, including three-straight on floor.

Saturday's Big 12 title was the 15th in program history for the Sooners and 14th under head coach K.J. Kindler. The Sooners have now won three in a row and 11 of the last 12.

Head coach K.J. Kindler was named the Big 12 Coach of the Year for the 13th time as the head coach at Oklahoma and 15th time in her career as she earned the honor twice as the head coach at Iowa State.

The Sooners recorded 23 scores of 9.9-plus on Saturday out of 24 routines. Of those 23, 12 were a 9.95 or higher.
