NORMAN - The Oklahoma women's gymnastics team remained the No. 1 team in the nation after posted a 198.375 last week in Arizona. The Sooners boast an average score of 198.045 to hold the top spot.

California remained No. 2 with a 197.700 average, followed by LSU with a mark of 197.590. Rounding out the top five is Utah (197.485) and Kentucky (197.480).

On the events, the Sooners are ranked No. 1 on bars (49.590) and beam (49.560), No. 2 on floor (49.530) and No. 4 on vault (49.365).

Individually, seven Sooners hold 16 event rankings. Four Sooners are ranked in the top 15 of the all-around with Jordan Bowers coming in at No. 4 (39.630), Faith Torrez at No. 11 (39.560) and Audrey Davis and Katherine LeVasseur tied at No. 13 (39.550).

Bowers is also ranked on three events with a No. 1 ranking on bars (9.935) after securing a perfect 10 last week. The junior is also ranked No. 5 on beam (9.915) and No. 6 on floor (9.905).

Davis holds a top-five ranking, coming in at No. 3 on bars (9.930). The senior is also ranked No. 21 on beam, tied with LeVasseur. LeVasseur is the lone Sooner ranked on vault as she sits at No. 12 (9.885).

Torrez is ranked on beam in a tie for seventh (9.905) and floor in a tie for 24th (9.905).

Ragan Smith, Danae Fletcher and Dani Sievers are all ranked on the uneven bars. Smith is No. 9 with a 9.915 average and Fletcher and Sievers are tied for 19th (9.900).

The Sooners are back at home to host a quad meet with BYU, TWU and Utah State on Friday, Feb. 9. The meet is set for a 6:45 p.m. CT start time and tickets can be purchased here.
