NORMAN – A 198.300 for the Oklahoma women's gymnastics team on Saturday night kept the Sooners atop the national rankings for the seventh week in a row with a 198.139 average. LSU jumped up to No. 2 (197.696), followed by California (197.575), Utah (197.533) and Florida (197.517).

On the events, the Sooners rank No. 1 on bars (49.589), beam (49.568) and floor (49.579). On vault, OU is tied at No. 2 (49.579).

Individually, eight athletes combined for 19 individual rankings. Jordan Bowers (No. 5 – 39.564), Faith Torrez (No. 10 – 39.575), Katherine LeVasseur (No. 12 – 39.568) and Audrey Davis (No. 14 – 39.557) are all ranked in the top 15 in the all-around and on at least two events each.

On vault, LeVasseur and Bowers are each ranked with LeVasseur coming in at No. 11 (9.893) and Bowers tied at No. 24 (9.871) with freshman Keira Wells.

Five Sooners are ranked on bars, including three in the top 10 with Bowers at No. 1 (9.946), Davis at No. 3 (9.939) and Ragan Smith at No. 8 (9.914). Danae Fletcher and Meilin Sullivan are tied for 20^th with an average of 9.900.

On beam, five of the six Sooners in the lineup are ranked. Torrez is No. 6 (9.918), while Bowers and LeVasseur are tied at No. 14 (9.896). Davis is No. 22 (9.882) and Smith is No. 23 (9.875).

A pair of Sooners are ranked on floor with Bowers at No. 5 (9.939) and Torrez at No. 18 (9.918).

The Sooners are back in action Friday night for a conference matchup against West Virginia. The meet is slated for a 6:45 p.m. start inside Lloyd Noble Center.
