NORMAN – After a weekend that saw the Sooners post two of their highest scores this season, the Oklahoma women's gymnastics team moved into a tie for first place in this week's rankings.

OU posted a 197.800 and a 197.950 over the weekend to improve its NQS to 197.944. The Sooners are now tied with Florida for the top spot. LSU was ranked third with a 197.700, Michigan fourth with a 197.569 and Utah fifth at 197.469.

Due to the limited number of meets for some teams in 2021, NQS will be calculated with just four scores instead of six. The top four scores, two of which must be away, will be averaged and no score will be dropped.

The Sooners hold a top five spot on each event. OU is No. 1 on vault (49.556), No. 2 on beam (49.606), No. 4 on floor (49.475) and No. 5 on bars (49.450).

Six Sooners hold 12 individual rankings. Senior Anastasia Webb leads the pack with four top 10 rankings. Webb is No. 2 on vault (9.956) and beam (9.963), No. 3 in the all-around (39.688) and No. 10 on floor (9.938).

Senior Evy Schoepfer is the new No. 1 ranked athlete on vault with an NQS of 9.963 and a season-high of 10.0 after earning her first perfect score on Sunday. Allie Stern is ranked 11^th on the event (9.913). Freshmen Audrey Davis and Katherine LeVasseur are tied at No. 22 with an NQS of 9.913.

Davis and LeVasseur are also ranked on bars. Davis is No. 5 with a 9.938 NQS and LeVasseur is 7^th with an NQS of 9.925. Karrie Thomas is also ranked in a tie for 18^th with an NQS of 9.906.

Thomas and Davis are ranked 17^th and 22^nd on beam, respectively. Thomas boasts an NQS of 9.919 while Davis is at a 9.913.

The Sooners have one last meet before the Big 12 Championships. OU will travel to conference foe Iowa State on Sunday, March 14. The meet will air at noon on the Big 12 Now on ESPN+.
