NORMAN – After posting the top score in the nation with a 198.225, the Sooners remained the No. 4 team in the country with a 197.075 average through six weeks of competition.
Florida remained at No. 1 with a 197.635 average, while LSU held No. 2 with a 197.325 average. Utah remained in third with a 197.090 average and Arkansas rounded out the top five with a 196.755 mark.
OU holds the No. 2 spot on vault (49.358) after posting the top score of the season with a 49.750 on Saturday. The Sooners are also No. 2 on bars (49.363), No. 6 on floor (49.296) and No. 8 on beam (49.058).
Nine Sooners hold 12 individual rankings. Anastasia Webb leads the way with rankings on two events and in the all-around. Webb is tied for 17th in the all-around (39.333), fourth on beam (9.921) and 11th on vault (9.883).
Three other seniors join Webb in the rankings as Evy Schoepfer is ranked fourth on vault (9.904), Karrie Thomas is tied at No. 17 on bars (9.871) and Carly Woodard is No. 8 on beam (9.900).
Two freshmen are ranked with Audrey Davis at No. 7 on bars (9.908) and Audrey Lynn at No. 14 on vault (9.875).
Junior Allie Stern is ranked No. 23 on vault with a 9.862 average. Sophomore Vanessa Deniz is ranked on a pair of events at No. 6 on beam (9.912) and No. 8 on bars (9.900). Sophomore Ragan Smith is ranked on floor at No. 17 (9.895).
The Sooners will travel to Raleigh, N.C., for a quad-meet at NC State on Friday featuring NC State, George Washington and William & Mary. The meet is slated for a 5 p.m. start on ACC Network Extra.
