NORMAN – With the women's gymnastics season right around the corner, the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department has announced that season tickets are now available for the 2022 season.
To reserve your seat, click here or contact the OU Athletics Ticket Office by phone at (800) 456-4668.
Season tickets are $60 for the lower level and $40 for the upper level. Youth (6-18) and senior (55+) tickets are $30 for the season.
The most anticipated matchup of the 2022 season will take place inside Lloyd Noble Center when the 2021 NCAA Champion Michigan Wolverines come to Norman. In a rematch of the 2021 NCAA Championships, the Sooners and Wolverines will face off on Friday, March 4.
"Sooner fans have a lot to look forward to beginning with an always strong Alabama team and concluding with last year's NCAA Champion Michigan, set to arrive in Norman in early March for a highly anticipated rematch between the nation's top two women's gymnastics programs in 2021," head coach K.J. Kindler said.
"Once again, boosting home attendance is a top priority. The team is inspired by the energy created in the LNC and our goal is to produce the best in person sports performance for our audience!"
The Sooners will have other exciting matchups in the LNC, including the season opener on Sunday, Jan. 9, as they welcome Alabama to Norman. The Sooners and Crimson Tide faced off twice in 2021 with OU defeating Alabama at the Tuscaloosa Regional and handing the Tide their first home regional loss in program history.
In a rematch of the 2021 Big 12 Championship, defending champion Denver will return to the LNC on Sunday, Jan. 30.
Other home meets include a Feb. 4 matchup with Texas Woman's University and a Feb. 11 meet against George Washington.
Fans can also purchase the One Pass, an innovative ticket option that affords OU fans the opportunity to see nine Sooner sports. For one low price, One Pass allows fans to attend all home baseball, women's basketball, men's gymnastics, women's gymnastics, soccer, volleyball and wrestling events, plus non-conference contests for men's basketball and select softball games.
Valued at over $800, the One Pass is priced at only $150 for adults and $100 for youth (13-17 years old) and senior citizens (55+). The One Pass is automatically included in OG&E Sooner Jr. Kids Club memberships, available to children 12 and under for just $50 a year.
Sooner supporters who join the One Pass network of fans will receive a unique hard stock ticket and lanyard for use at all home venues included in the program. Any questions about this new option should be directed to the OU Athletics Ticket Office at (405) 325-2424 or (800) 456-GoOU.
The Sooners return four gymnasts who combined for 10 All-America honors in sophomore Audrey Davis, junior Ragan Smith and seniors Allie Stern and Olivia Trautman. The Sooners will also return seniors and All-Americans Karrie Thomas and Carly Woodard who opted to use their extra year due to COVID. In addition to the returners, the Sooners have added newcomers Jordan Bowers, Caitin Kirkpatrick, Moorea Linker, Danielle Sievers, Madison Snook and Amy Wier.
