NORMAN ā The Oklahoma women's gymnastics team is ranked No. 1 in the nation for the 10th consecutive week. Rankings are now determined by national qualifying scores (NQS) and teams have two more weeks to improve on their scores before regional selections.
NQS is based on a team's six best regular season scores, three of which must be away. The overall high score is eliminated, and the five remaining scores are averaged. NQS scores are used to determine seeding for NCAA regional competition at six campus sites on April 2-4.
