MPSF Championships Time Change Announced

NORMAN — The start time of the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation conference championships hosted by Oklahoma has changed from 5 p.m. CT to 4 p.m. to accommodate television coverage of the meet.

The April 6 conference championships will begin at 4 p.m. CT inside McCasland Field House in Norman and be broadcast live on FOX Sports Oklahoma.

The Sooners host the conference championships for the first time since the 2014 season and will welcome fellow conference foes Stanford, Air Force and California to Norman. OU has claimed seven consecutive MPSF titles, winning last season's conference title by nearly ten points over second-place Stanford.

The No. 1 ranked OU men's gymnastics team returns to competition Saturday, March 9, for a matchup against the No. 6 Illinois Fighting Illini at McCasland Field House in Norman. The meet is slated for a 4 p.m. CT start.

The meet will serve as Senior Night for the nine members of the class of 2019. Fans are encouraged to stay in their seats post-meet as the senior recognition ceremony will be held following awards. Tickets can be found here.
