NORMAN – A trio of Sooners swept the final Big 12 Weekly Awards as senior Brenna Dowell, sophomore Carly Woodard and freshman Olivia Trautman were recognized by the conference.

Dowell was named the Gymnast of the Week for the fourth time this season, the most of any athlete in the conference. The Odessa, Mo., native shined on her senior night, earning a perfect 10 on vault for her third career perfect score. Dowell's perfect mark propelled her to a 39.700 in the all-around, her second highest score of the year. The senior took home the vault and all-around titles, while sharing the floor title with Trautman. Dowell also matched her career-high on beam with a 9.925.

Woodard was named the Event Specialist of the Week for the third time this season and second in as many weeks. The Overland Park, Kan., native matched her career high at Iowa State with a 9.95 on beam. It was her fourth score of 9.9 or better this season and her second consecutive meet with at least a 9.9.

Trautman earned the Newcomer of the Week honor for a league-best seventh time. The freshman shared the floor title with Dowell, earning a 9.95 on the event. She added a 9.875 on vault and a 9.850 on beam to help the Sooners to at least a 49.525 on all events. Trautman has now posted a 9.9 or better on floor in every meet she's competed in and won eight event titles.

This is the fourth career honor for Woodard, eighth for Trautman and 11th for Dowell.

The No. 1 Sooners will next compete at the Big 12 Championships held in Norman, Okla., at the Lloyd Noble Center. The meet is slated for a 1 p.m. start and will air live on ESPNU. Tickets are available for purchase online.
