When Mississippi State upset UConn in the Final Four last year, the nation's longest winning streak came to an end. Oklahoma men's gymnastics is the new holder of the longest winning streak in the NCAA.

Since their last defeat in April 2014, the Sooners have strung together 81 consecutive victories spanning three seasons of competition.

Fifteen Sooners have combined for 52 All-American accolades over the last three seasons.

The Sooners have claimed six individual titles since their win streak began. Yul Moldauer (FX, SR, AA), Colin Van Wicklen (FX), Michael Reid (PH), Michael Squires (SR) have continued the streak of at least one Oklahoma gymnast earning an individual national title for the last 12 years.

When the Sooners take to the floor on Saturday against Air Force, they will begin the pursuit for a fourth straight national title. The Sooners have won 11 national titles, including four in the last ten years.

Since last suffering a defeat, the Sooners have won three national titles. Oklahoma's last loss came in the 2014 NCAA Championships when the team came in second to Stanford.

Hunter Justus and Reese Rickett have never known a loss competing for the Sooners. The two seniors have won a national title in every season they have competed and will look to go out as four-time national champions.

For the fourth consecutive season, OU was tabbed No. 1 in the College Gymnastics Association (CGA) Preseason Coaches Poll. The Sooners received 371 points and 14 of 18 possible first place votes.
The Sooners will open the 2018 season and look to continue their win streak Saturday, Jan. 20, at Air Force. The meet is set for a 6 p.m. CT start. OU will travel to Michigan on Jan. 27, before returning home to take on Nebraska and Stanford on Feb. 3 at McCasland Field House.
