STILLATER, Okla. – The No. 17 Oklahoma wrestling team fell to top-ranked Oklahoma State, 37-3, on Sunday afternoon in the second Bedlam contest of the season inside Gallagher-Iba Arena.
Redshirt senior Ross Larson owned the Sooners only win of the dual, downing OSU's Derek White by 8-0 major decision in the heavyweight matchup. The Sooners lost a point from the final score after an unsportsmanlike conduct call in the 149-pound bout.
Larson struck first with a quick takedown and turned White for a 4-point nearfall to lead 6-0 after the first period of action. Larson escaped in the second for the only point of the period and secured the riding-time point in the third for the bonus-point victory.
