SUNDAY'S GAME BASICS

No. 20/20 Oklahoma (16-5, 7-2 Big 12) looks to snap a three-game losing streak to No. 2/2 Baylor (20-1, 9-0 Big 12) as the Sooners travel to Waco, Texas, Sunday to face the Lady Bears. OU enters the matchup in third place in the Big 12 standings and is 2-2 in league play on the road. Baylor has owns a 55-game home winning streak dating back to March 2, 2014.

Sunday's game will be televised on ESPN2 with Pam Ward and Gail Goestenkors on the call. The game will also be streamed live on the WatchESPN app. The contest will air on the Sooner Radio Network with Brian Brinkley calling the action.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

• Oklahoma owns a 26-23 all-time record against Baylor and is 10-11 in the series in Waco. OU is in search of its first win at the Ferrell Center since Jan. 28, 2009 as the Lady Bears enter Sunday's matchup with 26 consecutive regular-season wins over Big 12 opponents. The Sooners have handed Baylor seven of their 21 home losses since the 1999-00 season.

• Sunday's game features two of the nation's best shot-blocking teams. The Sooners rank fourth in Division I with 128 blocks this season and are 12th in the nation with 6.1 blocks per contest. Freshman Nancy Mulkey leads OU with 2.1 blocks per game, followed by Vionise Pierre-Louis with 1.9 rejections a contest. Baylor leads the country this season in blocked shots (184) and blocks per game (8.8).

• Baylor (84.6 ppg) and Oklahoma (75.6 ppg) are the two highest scoring teams in the Big 12 since the start of conference play. Since the start of the league slate, OU is third in the Big 12 in 3-point shooting (.366) and fourth in field goal shooting (.428).

• Sunday's matchup with Baylor marks OU's fourth meeting with a top-25 opponent this year. The Sooners are 1-2 against ranked opponents so far this season. OU topped Kansas State, 85-80, on Jan. 4 in overtime to secure its first ranked win during the 2016-17 season. A victory Sunday would mark the Sooners' first road win over a top-25 foe since defeating No. 21 Iowa State, 75-54, in Ames on Jan. 21, 2014.

• The Sooners are not short on experience this season. Entering Sunday's game, OU's roster boasts 356 career starts among 10 players who have made at least one career appearance in the Sooners' starting five. The foursome of Gioya Carter, Peyton Little, Maddie Manning and Gabbi Ortiz have combined to make 288 starts between them. OU's bench is laden with experience, including T'ona Edwards and Vionise Pierre-Louis who have played in 116 and 84 career games, respectively.

GAME 21 RECAP: IOWA STATE

• No. 20/20 Oklahoma won its seventh straight home game with a 78-63 victory over Iowa State Wednesday. Maddie Manning led four Sooners in double figures with a game-high 21 points. Peyton Little had 16, Vionise Pierre-Louis 15 and Gabbi Ortiz 14 to round out OU's balanced attack. Gioya Carter was efficient for OU, recording eight points, a team-high six assists along with six rebounds.

• The Sooners jumped out to a 15-point lead after the first quarter on the strength of the deep ball, as Ortiz hit three treys and Manning, who scored 20-plus points in back-to-back games for the first time in her career, connected on two triples to give the Sooners the early 23-8 advantage. Ortiz tied her season high with four makes from beyond the arc as the Sooners hit five 3-pointers in the opening stanza.

• Iowa State chipped into OU's lead over the next two quarters, cutting the difference to 10 at the half and five after three. Then Little took over, scoring all 16 of her points in the final frame as the Sooners pulled away. OU posted a .500 field goal percentage in the win, knocking down 29-of-58 attempts from the floor. The Sooners hit 10 3-pointers against Iowa State, their most triples against a Big 12 team this season.

PREVIEWING BAYLOR

• Baylor, who owns the nation's second-longest winning streak at 18 games, leads the country in scoring offense (90.7 ppg) and scoring margin (+40.0). The Lady Bears are shooting .499 from the field (first in the Big 12), .391 from 3-point range (third) and .681 at the free throw line (seventh). The Lady Bears are holding opponents to 50.7 points per game (first in the Big 12) and lead Division I in field goal percentage defense, limiting foes to a .287 shooting percentage. Baylor also ranks first in the country in assists per game (23.0), blocks per game (8.2) and rebounds per game (53.1).

• Redshirt senior guard Alexis Jones lead Baylor in scoring at 14.5 points per game on .427 field goal shooting and .431 3-point shooting. Sophomore post Kalani Brown is second on the team with 13.8 points per game and leads Baylor with 8.2 rebounds per contest. Brown also ranks fourth in the nation with a .674 field goal percentage.

• Senior forward Nina Davis contributes 11.7 points per game on .574 field goal shooting. Redshirt senior guard Alexis Prince adds in 11.3 points per game, while junior guard Kristy Wallace is second in the Big 12 with 5.3 assists per contest.

• Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey is 493-93 in her 17 seasons with the Lady Bears. Mulkey has led the Lady Bears to two NCAA titles (2005 and 2012) and three Final Fours appearances.

Oklahoma is 13-1 this season when Maddie Manning scores at least 10 points in a game.

LOOKING AT LITTLE

• Redshirt senior guard Peyton Little found her rhythm in the fourth quarter in Wednesday's win over Iowa State, scoring 16 points - all in the final frame. Little's 16 points in the final 10 minutes are the most by an OU player in a quarter over the last two seasons.

• Against the Cyclones, Little passed Chelsi Welch for the eighth place in school history with 145 career 3-pointers. Little also ranks sixth all-time in program history with 438 3-point field goal attempts.

• Little picked up her 1,000th point as a Sooner on Jan. 11 at Iowa State. The Abilene, Texas, native is the seventh player in the last five seasons to tally 1,000 career points as a Sooner. Those players are: Whitney Hand (2012-13), Aaryn Ellenberg (2013-14), Morgan Hook (2013-14), Nicole Griffin (2013-14), Sharane Campbell-Olds (2014-15) and Kaylon Williams (2015-16).

MORE MANNING

• Maddie Manning is enjoying her most productive season as a Sooner and ranks second on the team in scoring with 12.8 points per game. Manning has scored 20-plus points in back-to-back games for the first time in her OU career. The Sooners are 4-0 this season when Manning finishes with at least 20 points and 13-1 when scores in double figures.

• Over the last three games, Manning leads the Sooners in scoring with 16.7 points a contest. The Ankeny, Iowa, native has posted a .552 (16-of-29) mark from deep during that stretch. She is shooting .409 (18-of-44) from 3-point range in league games (sixth in the Big 12).

• Defensively, Manning leads the conference with 2.3 steals per game this season. Against Portland State on Dec. 21, she nearly set the school record with 10 swipes (is currently tied for the most steals by a D-1 player this season).

QUICK HITS

• Oklahoma has handed Baylor seven of its 21 home losses since the 1999-00 season. A win against Baylor on Sunday would mark OU's first victory over an AP top-5 team on the road since defeating the Lady Bears on Jan. 28, 2009 in Waco.

• The Sooners are 11-0 this season and have won 32 straight games when posting a higher shooting percentage than their opponent. OU has also earned 27 consecutive victories (10-0 in 2016-17) when the Sooners win both the rebounding and turnover battle against their competition.

• Against Big 12 foes, Peyton Little and Maddie Manning have barely left the floor. Manning is third in the conference with 35.6 minutes per game against Big 12 opponents, while Little ranks fifth at 35.1 minutes a contest.

• A trio of Sooners hit at least three 3-pointers in Wednesday night's victory over Iowa State. Gabbi Ortiz led the Sooners with four treys, while Maddie Manning and Peyton Little buried three triples. It was the first time since March 3, 2014 vs. Texas Tech that three OU players sank at least 3-pointers apiece.

• The Sooners have recorded 128 blocks, which already ranks seventh in school history. OU's 128 total blocks are the fourth-most in Division I this year. The Sooners had 112 blocks in 33 games last season.

• At Texas on Jan. 19, the Sooners knocked down 18 straight free throws to conclude the game against the Longhorns. OU's .947 free throw percentage set a season high. The 18 consecutive free throws made tied a school record and are the most against a Big 12 opponent in school history. OU ranks 13th in the nation with 289 made free throws.

• Nancy Mulkey earned Big 12 and USBWA National Freshman of the Week Awards on Jan. 2 with 13 blocked shots in OU's first two leagues games, while averaging 11.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. In her first career start at Kansas, Mulkey nearly finished with a triple-double, picking up career highs of 14 points, nine rebounds and seven blocks against the Jayhawks. She followed her performance by recording a team-high six blocks in against TCU in 16 minutes.

• Maddie Manning's 10 steals against Portland State on Dec. 21 rank are tied for the most by a Division I player in a single game this season and the most by an OU player in one game since 1996.

• The Sooners have been ranked in the AP Poll for 34 consecutive weeks (tied for the 10th-longest active streak in the country). OU has been ranked in the AP poll 254 times under Sherri Coale.
