  • Oklahoma snapped an eight-game losing streak in the series with Dallas Baptist. OU last defeated OU on April 27, 2010.
  • The Sooners lead the all-time series with the Patriots, 22-10.
  • The Sooners started three or more freshmen for the 18th time in 20 games and the 19th time overall this season.
  • Sheldon Neuse stretched his reached base streak to 13 games with a first inning-single.
