IRVING, Texas – In addition to 17 Sooner Sports TV broadcasts, the University of Oklahoma baseball team will appear on national television four times this season. The Big 12 announced on Friday morning that the Sooners will have games broadcast on ESPN, ESPNU and FS1.
The conference released a list of seven regular season games slated for national television spots. Oklahoma and TCU each led the league with four selections. The Sooners will first appear on national television in its home, conference opener against Texas on Friday, April 1. The Red River Rivalry will open at 7:00 pm on FS1.
Oklahoma will twice be featured in national television broadcasts while on the road at TCU. The Sooners and Horned Frogs will faceoff on Friday, April 15 on FS1 at 7:00 pm and against on Sunday, April 17 on ESPNU at 1:00 pm. The final nationally televised game of the regular season comes in the Bedlam opener. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State will play in Oklahoma City on Friday, May 13 on ESPN at 6:30 pm. All times listed are central.
For the postseason, the Big 12 Championship game will be aired on FSN, while early round action of the tournament can be found on FOX College Sports-Central.
The remaining eight games on the Sooners' home schedule will be available to stream via a SoonerSports.tv premium subscription, which also provides access to the radio broadcast of all 55 games plus the postseason.
