No. 21/21 Oklahoma (16-7, 7-5 Big 12) returns home on Sunday to host No. 6/5 Texas (22-1, 11-1 Big 12) at Lloyd Noble Center. Tip-off is set for 1:30 p.m. CT. The Sooners, who are 9-2 at home and boast a +17.3 average scoring margin in those 11 games, have won five straight meetings against Texas in Norman. The Longhorns have won six consecutive games and took the previous meeting between the two teams, 83-76, on Jan. 23 in Austin, Texas at the Erwin Center.
Sunday's game will air on Fox Sports 1 with Ron Thulin and Brenda VanLengen announcing. The contest will also air on the Sooner Radio Network with Brian Brinkley calling the action.
• Oklahoma looks for its sixth straight win over Texas in Norman as the Sooners host the No. 6/5 Longhorns Sunday at 1:30 p.m. CT on Fox Sports 1. The Sooners are 13-8 against Texas in games played at Lloyd Noble Center. OU has also won eight out of the last 10 meetings in Norman dating back to 2006.
• Sophomore center Vionise Pierre-Louis enters Sunday's contest with 12 straight made field goals, just four shy of tying the Oklahoma/Big 12 record of consecutive field goals made held by former Sooner Courtney Paris (16, 2006). Pierre-Louis made four straight buckets to finish the TCU game on Jan. 6 and was a perfect 8-for-8 from the field at Kansas State Tuesday night.
• Pierre-Louis leads the Big 12 in field goal percentage, shooting .647 from the field heading into Sunday's contest. The sophomore center also ranks first in conference play with a .677 shooting percentage among Big 12 players. Over the last six games, Pierre-Louis has registered a .761 clip (35-of-43) and averaged 12.4 points in 15.1 minutes per game. She has scored in double figures in three consecutive games and finished with a career-high 23 points at Texas on Jan. 23.

Gioya Carter scored a season-high 19 points at Kansas State Tuesday.
• Derica Wyatt has provided the Sooners with a 3-point threat during Big 12 play. The junior guard leads the Sooners and ranks sixth in the league with a .396 mark from behind the arc in conference play, Wyatt, who has started 17 games this year, returned to the starting five on Tuesday at Kansas State and finished 15 points with four 3-pointers.
• Gioya Carter has provided a spark for the Sooners since return to the starting five on Jan. 20 against Texas Tech. The junior guard scoed a season-high 19 points on Tuesday at K-State. As a starter, Carter is averaging 12.6 points per game with a .493 shooting percentage (36-of-73). The junior has scored in double figures in five consecutive games.
• Three Sooners scored in double figures Tuesday night but it would not be enough as Kansas State finished with a .519 shooting percentage and knocked down 10 3-pointers to top No. 21 Oklahoma, 87-71, at Bramlage Coliseum.
• K-State's Kindred Wesemann made 6-of-8 from 3-point range, 8-of-10 free throws and finished with 26 points and five assists to help the Wildcats beat Oklahoma. Breanna Lewis had 15 points, seven rebounds, two steals and two blocked shots, while Bri Craig scored a season-high 12 for Kansas State.
• Gabbi Ortiz hit a 3-pointer to give Oklahoma an 18-9 lead with 2:56 left in the first quarter. Derica Wyatt's layup with 2:14 left in the third pulled the Sooners within three, 56-53, but Wesemann answered with a 3-pointer and Oklahoma went 8:55 without a field goal while Kansas State pushed its lead to 23 with 3:31 to play.
• Gioya Carter led Oklahoma with a season-high 19 points, while Vionise Pierre-Louis added in 18 on a perfect 8-of-8 shooting. Wyatt finished with 15 points and hit four of Oklahoma's eight 3-pointers
• Picked by the Big 12 coaches to finish second in the league, Texas is 22-1 overall and 11-1 in conference play. The Longhorns average 73.3 points per game (ranks second in the Big 12) on a .445 field goal percentage (second), .347 3-point shooting (third) and .699 free throw shooting (third) . Texas is second in the Big 12 in blocked shots (ninth in Division I) and in scoring defense (20th nationally).
• Senior center Imani Boyette leads the Longhorns in scoring with 12.6 points a game as well as rebounding with 9.9 boards per contest (second in the Big 12). Boyette is seventh in Division I with 3.4 blocked shots per game and is shooting .541 from the field this season. The senior is third in the conference and 16th in the nation with 12 double-doubles.
• Sophomore guard Brooke McCarty is 15th in the conference in scoring with 11.5 points a game. McCarty ranks fifth in the Big 12 with a .420 3-point shooting percentage. Against league opponents, McCarty leads the conference with a .462 mark from behind the arc and averages 2.0 3-pointers per game. Sophomore Ariel Atkins is averaging 11.0 points per game against Big 12 foes this season.
• Karen Aston is in her fourth year as Texas' head coach. Aston, who has a 80-42 record with the Longhorns, served as an assistant coach at Texas from 1998-2006 under former head coach Jody Conradt. Aston is 181-105 in her nine years as a head coach with previous stops at Charlotte and North Texas
• Since the formation of the Big 12 Conference, Texas leads the series, 23-22. The Longhorns lead the all-time series, 28-23, against the Sooners.
• OU is 13-8 against Texas in games played in Norman. The Sooners have won five straight home meetings against the Longhorns.
• In last year's meeting at Lloyd Noble Center, Maddie Manning poured in a team-high 14 points, while Peyton Little recorded a double-double with 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Sooners defeated No. 4 Texas, 70-59.
• Sophomore center Vionise Pierre-Louis leads the Big 12 with a .647 field goal percentage through 23 games. In the last five contests, Pierre-Louis has averaged 11.8 points per game with a gaudy .735 field goal percentage (25-of-34) in just 14.6 minutes a game. In Big 12 play, Pierre-Louis is shooting .677 (44-of-65) from the field against league foes which leads the conference.
• At Kansas State, the sophomore scored 18 points on a perfect 8-of-8 night from the field. Dating back to OU's win over TCU on Feb. 6, Pierre-Louis has made 12 straight shots from the floor. Her last miss came at 3:23 mark in the third quarter against the Horned Frogs on Feb. 6.
• Pierre-Louis, who scored a career-high 23 points at Texas, finished with 14 points against TCU last Saturday in just 11 minutes of action. The sophomore tallied 11 points in the fourth quarter as the Sooners prevailed with a 13-point win.
• Oklahoma has three players shooting over .700 from the free throw line against Big 12 competition. Maddie Manning ranks eighth in conference play with a .791 free throw percentage (34-of-43), while Kaylon Williams is tied for 10th in the league with a .786 clip (33-for-42). Vionise Pierre-Louis is 14th in the conference with a .722 mark (26-of-36).
• Manning has also been clutch for the Sooners in crunch time. With less than five minutes to go in a game, Manning is 12-of-14 (.857) from charity stripe against Big 12 opponents.
• The Sooners are 9-2 at home this season and have won 21 out of 24 contests at Lloyd Noble Center dating back to last season. OU is 1-1 this season against AP top 25 opponent at home this year.
• Nine OU players are averaging double-figure minutes for the Sooners through 23 games. Gabbi Ortiz (27.3), Maddie Manning (27.5) and Peyton Little (30.4) are averaging 25-plus minutes per contest.
• Peyton Little earned her first career Big 12 Player of the Week on Feb. 1 for her performances against West Virginia and at Iowa State. The redshirt junior guard averaged 18.0 points per game during the week, scoring all of her points in the second half in both games. Little's 23 points tied a season-high for a Sooner in a single game. Her 23 points in the second half are the most by an OU player since Danielle Robinson recorded 24 at Oklahoma State in 2010.
• Through 23 games, OU's opponents are 248-of-373 (.665) from the free throw line during the 2015-16 season. At this point last year, OU's foes were 354-of-520 (.681) from the charity stripe.
• Oklahoma is holding opponents to 10.8 made free throws per game this season, compared to 15.4 per game last season (4.6 less per game through 23 contests).
• Oklahoma is 10-2 this season when leading at halftime. The Sooners are 5-4 when trailing at the intermission this season. OU is 14-1 this season when outrebounding its opponent and is 15-1 when holding foes to under 70 points. The Sooners are 13-2 when scoring 70 or more points against a foe this year.
• OU has also held 17 of its 23 opponents to sub-45 percent field goal shooting (14 times in the last 20 games). Only two opponenets (Texas and Kansas State) has finished with a .500 or better shooting percentage against Oklahoma. The Sooners have also limited 15 of its 23 foes to sub 33-percent 3-point shooting.
• The Sooners are 208-116 (.643) against Big 12 competition under Sherri Coale.
• Coale will be inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame on June 11, 2016, in Knoxville, Tenn. Coale is OU's all-time leader in wins (436), leading the Sooners to three Final Fours and 16 straight NCAA Tournament appearances.
• The Sooners return the majority of their production in every statistical category for 2015-16. That includes 81 percent of the team's points and rebounds, along with 85 percent of its assists, 81 percent of its blocks and 78 percent of its steals. OU also brings back 80 percent of its made 3-point field goals and its free throw production. 11 letterwinners return from last season's squad that combined to play 5,377 minutes a year ago.
• The Sooners begin a two-game road swing at No. 24 West Virginia on Wednesday. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m. CT in Morgantown, W. Va.
• OU rallied from a 16-point deficit to defeat West Virginia, 57-54, at Lloyd Noble Center on Jan. 27. The comeback by the Sooners tied its largest deficit overcame in a Big 12 regular season game since 2010.
