- Alec Hansen lasted just two innings in his shortest start of the season. He previously pitched three innings against Notre Dame (2/14) on opening weekend.
- Kolbey Carpenter notched his team-leading 27th multi-hit game of the season and his eighth three-hit performance. It is the most by a Sooner since Garrett Buechele's 30 in 2010.
- Robert Tasin posted his seventh multi-hit and fifth multi-RBI game of the season.
- Oklahoma improved to 34-30 all-time at the Big 12 Championship and 3-2 against Kansas State.
- Anthony Hermelyn had his career-best hit streak snapped at 12 games.
