NORMAN, Okla. – The No. 1 Oklahoma Sooner men's gymnastics team takes its unblemished 11-0 record out west to face No. 6 California on Sunday. The meet will begin at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday and live coverage on the Pac-12 Network will begin at 2 p.m. CT.
The meet time was moved up due to travel concerns. With the new format the Sooners and Golden Bears will start the meet at 1:15 p.m. CT with the parallel bars and high bar. Then the Pac-12 Network will pick up live coverage at 2 p.m. CT for the remaining four events of the meet.
Sunday's meet will be unique because it is a co-ed meet, as the Cal women's team is hosting UC-Davis, with both meets going on simultaniously.
On the call for the broadcast will be Brian Webber and Tim Daggett. Webber will handle the play-by-play duties and Daggett, a gold medalist for the U.S. at the 1984 Olympics and a longtime gymnastics analyst for Olympic broadcasts, will provide commentary for Sunday's meet against the Golden Bears.
The Pac-12 Network can be found on channel 281 for Cox customers in the Oklahoma City market. Check your local listings and channel lineup from your television service provider to find the station for Sunday's meet.
