NORMAN – Following a dominant win over third-ranked Florida over the weekend, three members of the No. 1 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team swept the Big 12 weekly honor listing on Wednesday. Erica Brewer picked up her first Gymnast of the Week award of the season, while Haley Sorensen was named Event Specialist of the Week and Brenna Dowell earned Newcomer of the Week accolades.

The trio helped lift the Sooners to a 198.500-198.100 margin over the Gators, notching the highest team score in the country this season and topping a previous program record of 198. 375 set in 2013. The score stands as the sixth-highest on the NCAA all-time scoring charts.

Brewer had an outstanding senior night against the Gators as she became the first NCAA gymnast in 2015 to post a perfect 10.0 routine on balance beam. She is just the third gymnast in Oklahoma program history to achieve the feat and the first since 2002.

Brewer also competed on bars, earning a 9.85 with her routine, and capped off the night on floor with a 9.9 to tie her career-high on the event.

Her scores on beam and floor helped allow the Sooners to shatter program record scores on both events as she contributed to a 49.750 on beam and a 49.725 on floor. The beam score snapped a program record that had stood since 2003.

Brewer owns a share of the nation's No. 12 ranking on beam while assisting OU to a No. 1 ranking overall on the event for the third consecutive week.

Specialist of the Week Sorensen added an outstanding performance in OU's record-breaking beam lineup, earning a career-best 9.95 that included a 10.0 from one judge. The score helped extend her top-25 ranking to a second straight week as she shares the No. 12 spot in the nation on balance beam.

Sorensen has continued to impress as a newcomer to OU's beam lineup this season, now owning four scores of 9.9-plus since the beginning of February on the event. The weekly award marks a second for the senior this season.

Dowell was once again an integral part in Oklahoma's win with a performance that featured scores of 9.95 on bars and floor to finish in a tie for second on both events. She also earned a 9.875 effort on vault. With six honors this season, the freshman owns the most Big 12 Newcomer of the Week honors of any Sooner since the award's inception in 2011.

Dowell appears in the top-10 twice this week in the national rankings, sitting at No. 7 in the country on both bars and floor.

The Sooners head to Tuscaloosa, Ala. for their regular season finale this weekend as they take on No. 5 Alabama. The meet is slated to begin at 7 p.m. on Friday night and will broadcast live on SEC Network+.
