- Starters for Oklahoma were: Gabbi Ortiz (G), Peyton Little (G), Gioya Carter (G), Sharane Campbell-Olds (G), Kaylon Williams (F).
- Redshirt sophomore Peyton Little played all 40 minutes. She is the first Oklahoma player this season to play all 40 minutes in a regulation game.
- Peyton Little finished with a career-high 30 points. Little has now scored 20 or more points in four consecutive games.
- The last player to score 30 or more points was Aaryn Ellenberg. She had 36 against DePaul in the first round of the 2014 NCAA Tournament.
- Peyton Little drained a career-high eight 3-pointers. She was one point shy of tying an Oklahoma single-game 3-point record held by both Nyeshia Stevenson and Carin Stittes. Little hit four 3-pointers in each half.
- Peyton Little has now been the Sooners' leading scorer for eight consecutive games. Aaryn Ellenberg had a stretch in 2012-13 of seven consecutive and Courtney Paris lead OU for 18-straight in 2006-07.
- Kaylon Williams registered her fifth career double-double and fourth in Big 12 action. Williams scored 13 points and had a season-tying high 12 rebounds. Nine of her 12 rebounds were on the offensive end. Williams now has 211 career offensive rebounds – 10 shy of breaking into the OU top 10 list for career offensive rebounds.
- The Sooners finished the game with 11 3-pointers. Oklahoma has now reach double figure 3-pointers in six contests and two-straight.
- Oklahoma outrebounded Kansas State 43-28.
- The Sooners ended the game with 24 turnovers. It is the most turnovers by Oklahoma in Big 12 play this season.
- Oklahoma moved to 11-4 in the Big 12 with victory. The Sooners finished with 11 league wins in 2012-13 (11-7), 2011-12 (11-7), 2009-10 (11-5), and 2007-08 (11-5).
- The Sooners had two players foul out: Gioya Carter (2:03 2nd half) and Gabbi Ortiz (:25 2nd half). Carter has now fouled out eight times and Ortiz twice.
