NORMAN - Three members of the No. 1 Oklahoma women's gymnastics team logged a sweep of the Big 12 weekly honor listing on Tuesday. Haley Scaman earned Gymnast of the Week accolades, McKenzie Wofford was named Event Specialist of the Week and Brenna Dowell captured Newcomer of the Week accolades.

The sweep marks the fourth time this season OU has captured all three accolades from the Big 12 in a single week.

Scaman took home her third Gymnast of the Week award of the season after tying for top honors on floor against Kentucky last weekend. The title was her 10th of the season overall between floor, vault and bars. The junior added a second place finish on vault with a 9.925 and a 9.8 on uneven bars to finish in fifth. Scaman has not scored lower than a 9.9 on vault yet this season, earning a 9.9 or higher in seven consecutive meets.

Scaman is ranked No. 3 nationally on vault, No. 8 on floor and No. 19 on bars. Oklahoma is ranked first in the country on every event that Scaman competes (vault, bars, floor).

Wofford picked up her fourth Event Specialist of the Week honor after capturing the uneven bars title with a 9.925 against Kentucky. The title marks her fourth in a row on bars; the sophomore has also earned a 9.9 or better on the event in five consecutive meets. She has posted only one score lower than a 9.9 o bars this season and has scored no lower than a 9.925 in three straight contests. 

Wofford owns the No. 4 national ranking on uneven bars with an average of 9.925 on the season.

Dowell was named Newcomer of the Week for the fourth time this season after finishing in the top three of every event she competed against Kentucky. The true freshman captured three scores of 9.875 or better in OU's win, including a career-high-tying effort of 9.9 on vault to finish third. She added a second place finish on floor with a 9.9 and a third place performance on bars with a 9.875. Dowell is ranked 15th in the nation on floor with a season average of 9.879.

Oklahoma will head to Ann Arbor, Mich., this weekend to face No. 6 Michigan on Friday, Feb. 20. The Sooners and the Wolverines are set to square off at 6:30 p.m. CT at Crisler Arena. The meet will stream live on BTN2Go and air on tape delay the following night on BTN.

The Sooners will return to Norman on March 6 to face defending NCAA co-champion and second-ranked Florida at the Lloyd Noble Center. The meet is slated for a 6:45 p.m. start.
