November 05, 2015 | Men's Golf

NORMAN—The No. 14 Oklahoma men's golf team will finish its fall slate this weekend at the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational in Maui, Hawaii. The three-day, 54-hole tournament will be played Friday-Sunday (Nov. 6-8) at the par-71, 6,700-yard Royal Ka'anapali Course.

“This is a great way to finish the fall out in Hawaii, and we are extremely blessed to be able to travel to the places we get to go,” OU head coach Ryan Hybl said. “I have been told that the golf course is really good and there are some good teams coming out, so this is an opportunity for us to finish the fall strong and pick up some momentum heading into the offseason.”

The Sooners are coming off a ninth-place showing at the competitive U.S. Collegiate Championship. Sophomore Grant Hirschman and freshman Brad Dalke both finished in the top 20, placing 13th and 18th, respectively.

OU's lineup for the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate Invitational will include senior Luke Kwon, junior Max McGreevy, Hirschman, Dalke and freshman Aaron Terrazas. Sophomore Rylee Reinertson will compete as an individual and be unattached from team scoring.
