· Starters for the game: Gabbi Ortiz (G), Gioya Carter (G), Peyton Little (G), Sharane Campbell-Olds (G), and Kaylon Williams (F). OU has started the same for the last four contests and holds a 7-1 record when these five start.
· First five possessions for Oklahoma, a different starter scored a bucket each possession.
· Starting at 12:04 of the first half, Peyton Little rattled off eight-straight points for Oklahoma. Her run turned an 18-9 advantage to a 26-13 edge with 10:30 to play.
· The Sooners hit an impressive 10-of-12 (83.3%) from the charity stripe in the opening half and held the impressive 21-14 rebounding advantage.
· In the end, Oklahoma lost the rebounding advantage 42-39. The Lady Raiders finished with the 28-18 edge in the second half. It was just the fourth game this season, and the first in Big 12 play, that the Sooners lost the battle of the boards.
· Texas Tech went to free throw line just eight times in the first half – sinking 6-of-8. The Red Raiders went 20 times in the final half, hitting 16. For the game they were 21-for-28.
· Texas Tech shot the ball nine more times than Oklahoma but hit eight less field goals than the Sooners. The Red Raiders' 18 made field goals were the third lowest output of the season. Oklahoma held North Texas to 14 field goals and Bradley to 16.
· The Sooners moved to 3-0 in Big 12 play with their 17-point victory. Oklahoma also opened the 2012-13 Big 12 season winning its first three contests and went on to reach the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Tournament that year.
· Oklahoma had its fourth best free throw shooting game of the season. The Sooners ended the contest hitting 70.8% from the charity stripe (17-of-24).
· Twelve of Oklahoma's 14 players scored a bucket in the victory. Ten of the 14 had at least two rebounds.
· Texas Tech is the second team this season to hit just one 3-pointer against the Sooners. The Lady Raiders were 1-for-14 against Oklahoma. The other team to hit just one 3-pointer was North Texas. It went 1-for-8.
· Three Sooners finished with double-figure points: Peyton Little (13 – all coming in the first half), Sharane Campbell-Olds (12) and Gabbi Ortiz (12).
