  • Oklahoma is 55-17 all-time in Regional play. OU has won 10 straight Regional contests and 14 of its last 15 dating back to 2010. During its 10-game Regional win streak, Oklahoma has outscored opponents 141-33.
  • OU improves to 47-30 all-time against Texas A&M, including a 4-0 mark in NCAA Regional games. The Sooners have won seven of the past eight games against the Aggies.
  • Oklahoma has won 15 in a row overall, tying for the eighth-longest streak in school history, and has also 13 straight at home.
  • The Sooners continue to be one of the hottest teams in the nation. OU is 30-2 since March 15, tied for best record in the NCAA with Louisiana-Lafayette.

  • Senior Destinee Martinez was 3-5 and established a career high with four runs batted in. She now has 777 career at-bats, giving her sole possession of seventh place in Big 12 history.
  • Junior Lauren Chamberlain hit her 10th home run of the season and the 70th of her career. She is tied with Louisiana-Lafayette's Christi Oregeron (2009-12) for 13th most in NCAA Division I history.
  • Two RBI on the day for Chamberlain gives her 185 in her career, moving into a tie for fourth in Big 12 annals with Missouri's Amanda Renth (2005-08) and into fourth place at OU.
  • Chamberlain's career run total sits at 197, breaking a tie for seventh in the Big 12 and fourth at OU with former Sooner Kelli Braitsch (2000-03).
  • Senior Brittany Williams was 1-4 with a two-run homer and a walk. She has 144 walks in her career, tying Texas A&M's Meagan May (2010-12) for fifth in Big 12 history.
  • Junior Shelby Pendley went 1-3 today with an RBI single, a run scored and two walks. She has 71 runs batted in this year, tying with three others for sixth most in a season in Big 12 history.
  • Sophomore Kelsey Stevens got the win to improve to 35-7 on the year. The 35 wins tie her with two others for ninth in Big 12 single-season annals. In OU annals, the win total is tied for fourth most and sits just two behind the single-season mark of 37 shared by three Sooners.
  • Stevens made her 51st appearance and 45th start, tying for eighth and fifth, respectively, in one season in Big 12 history.
  • In the OU record books, Stevens' 51 appearances are the second most behind the 52 by Kami Keiter in 2003. Her 45 starts are also second most, this time trailing Cheryl Jacobs' 47 starts in 1980.
