Oklahoma vs. West Virginia

• No. 23/23 Oklahoma used a 23-7 second-half run to go from down 43-40 to up 63-50 in a 72-62 win over West Virginia in its home finale. OU improved to 22-8 overall and 11-6 in the Big 12 while WVU fell to 16-14 and 8-9.
• The Sooners went 11-for-30 from 3-point range and outscored the Mountaineers by 21 from behind the line (WVU was 4-for-13). It marked the fifth time in the last seven games that OU made at least 10 3-pointers. It is 10-0 on the year when making 10 or more treys. The Sooners lead the Big 12 with their 8.9 3-pointers per conference game.
• In his final career home game, senior forward Cameron Clark recorded his fourth career double-double (second this season) with team highs of 19 points and 10 rebounds. He was 8-for-15 from the field and 2-for-5 from 3-point range. His 19 points were his most since scoring 32 against Kansas on Jan. 8.
• Sophomore Buddy Hield started 0-for-6 from the field and had one point before making four 3-pointers between the 9:56 and 6:18 marks of the second half. He finished with 13 points on 4-for-11 shooting from behind the arc. Hield has scored in double figures in 28 of 30 games this season and has made at least three 3-pointers in 13 of 17 league outings.
• Sophomore Je'lon Hornbeak came off the bench to produce 11 points, five rebounds, three assists and two steals without committing a turnover in his 22 minutes. His 11 points were his most in Big 12 play and one shy of his season high (12 against Idaho in third game of year). Hornbeak has scored at least eight points in three of the last four games and in five of the last seven.
• OU finished its home season with a 14-3 record (7-2 in Big 12 play).
• West Virginia missed its first six free throw attempts and finished 4-for-10 (.400). The Sooners were 15-for-20 from the line (.750) and have outshot their opponent in terms of percentage in 14 of 17 conference games.
• West Virginia junior guard Juwan Staten scored a game-high 24 points and added six rebounds and three assists. Staten leads the Big 12 in scoring in conference play and has scored at least 14 points in each of the last 22 outings.
• After scoring a game-high 28 points in West Virginia's 91-86 overtime win Feb. 5 in Morgantown, West Virginia sophomore guard Eron Harris scored five tonight on 2-for-9 shooting. He made six 3-pointers in the first meeting but was 1-for-3 tonight.
• Oklahoma will be the No. 2 seed in next week's Big 12 Championship if it wins at TCU on Saturday. The game will start at 3 p.m. CT and will be televised by the Big 12 Network.
