LAWRENCE, Kan. -- Aaryn Ellenberg scored 17 of her 19 points in the second half as Oklahoma toppled Kansas 81-71 at Allen Fieldhouse Sunday.
Oklahoma (15-9, 6-5 Big 12) looked to be in dire straits early as its top two scorers struggled in the first half.
Ellenberg was held to 1-for-5 first-half shooting and Sharane Campbell sat after committing two personal fouls in the first minute of the game.
However, Oklahoma led 31-29 at halftime after holding Kansas' leading scorer Chelsea Gardner to just two points on free throws.
The Sooners shot 56 percent in the second half and were six of 10 from 3-point range as it found production from all areas of its lineup.
Morgan Hook totaled 15 points and nine assists. Nicole Griffin recorded her third double-double of the season with a 10-point, 11-rebound performance.
Nicole Kornet scored 11 points, hitting three of four 3-point attempts, to break out of a seven-game slump.
Natalie Knight scored 25 for Kansas (11-13, 4-8).
