OU-Arkansas Postgame Notes

Dec. 21, 2014

- Oklahoma switched up the starting lineup for the second-consecutive game. Starters were: Gabbi Ortiz, LaNesia Williams, Nicole Kornet, Sharane Campbell-Olds and Vionise Pierre-Louis.

- It was the first collegiate start for freshman center Vionise Pierre-Louis.

- The loss to Arkansas was the third-straight for the Sooners. The last time OU lost three-straight games was during the 2011-12 campaign (L 78-76 at Vanderbilt, L 69-63 against Ohio State, L 69-66 at Fresno State).

- Freshman center McKenna Treece tied a career-high in points with 11. She also had 11 in the Sooners win over Bradley, Nov. 21. The 21 minutes played was also the second 20-plus minute performance of her career. She played 22 minutes against Kentucky, Nov. 28.

- The Sooners passed out a season-low five assists. The last time they had five or less assists in a game came March 31, 2013 when they only had four assists in a 74-59 setback to Tennessee in the NCAA Sweet Sixteen.

- Arkansas went to the foul line 42 times in the game. It was the second time this season an opponent went to the foul line 40 or more times. Kentucky shot 53 free throws against Oklahoma on Nov. 28.

- The Sooners blocked five shots against Arkansas, the second most in a single-game this season. Freshman Vionise Pierre-Louis had three blocks; a career-high.

- After hitting a season-high 13 3-pointers at Duke, Dec. 17, the Sooners hit just two 3-pointers against Arkansas. The last time they hit that few 3-pointers was Feb. 22, 2014 when it went 0-for-11 in their 64-61 win over Kansas.

- The game against Arkansas was part of the inaugural SEC/Big 12 Challenge.

- The contest was the seventh-straight on the road for the Sooners. Oklahoma ended the stretch with a 2-5 record.

- Nine of 10 players recorded at least two points. All 10 Sooners grabbed a rebound. All but one Sooner registered double-figure minutes. Seven of 10 OU players finished with a steal.
