The Racine, Wis., native finished with a team-high 14 points, 12 coming from beyond the 3-point arc. She also dished out a career-high eight assists and grabbed a team-high five rebounds. |

SOONERS BATTLE ARKANSAS IN SEC/BIG 12 CHALLENGE
Oklahoma heads back to Little Rock, Ark., for the second-consecutive week, this time to battle Arkansas in the inaugural SEC/Big 12 Challenge. The Big 12 and Southeastern Conference announced the formation of the challenge this past June and it will span at least two years. Oklahoma will face Arkansas, while Texas will square off against Texas A&M Dec. 21st at the Verizon Arena in North Little Rock, Ark. The Sooners contest is set for 3 p.m. CT and can be seen on the SEC Network.
The opponents will be reversed the following season with games played on Dec. 20, 2015 at Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, Okla.
SEVEN
he Oklahoma Sooners will play its final game of their seven-game roadswing when it battles Arkansas in Little Rock, Ark. OU last played at home Nov. 21 and will not return to the friendly confines of the Lloyd Noble Center until Dec. 30 when it hosts Yale.
The longest stretch away from the Lloyd Noble Center prior to this season was six games during the 2006-07 season. That year, the Sooners didn't play at home from Nov. 13 until Dec. 10. They finished that stretch a perfect 6-0.
OU is currently 2-4 in this seven-game stretch.

Gabbi Ortiz is the ninth true freshman to start the season opener under Oklahoma head coach Sherri Coale. She's just the second point guard, along with Stacey Dales.

Oklahoma has nine players averaging double-figure minutes, of which only five are averaging more than 20-plus minutes per game. Freshman Gabbi Ortiz leads the Sooners at 31.2 minutes a game - the only OU player to crack the 30-plus minute mark.
Of the final five players who aren't in double-digit minutes, three are close: Vionise Pierre-Louis is averaging 9.8 minutes, Maddie Manning is at 9.3 minutes a game and T'ona Edwards is averaging 8.8.

Oklahoma is currently ranked 14th in the nation in - and second in the Big 12 -in 3-point field goals per game, sinking 8.4
The Sooners are also 17th in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 81.1 points per game and 18th in assists per game at 17.6. Finally they are 19th in field goal percentage, hitting 46.7 from the field.
Individually, senior Sharane Campbell-Olds has the 12th best field goal percentage in the nation at 60.8.

Oklahoma is currently averaging 17.6 assists per game, 18th best in the nation. Its the highest assists average through nine game since the 2010-11 season when OU averaged 17.7 assists in the same span.
The Sooners have passed out 20-plus assists in two different contests this season.
Oklahoma recorded 28 assists on 41 baskets in its 100-73 win over Lamar, Nov. 18. The 28 team assists were the most assists passed out in a game since the Sooners also had 28 in their victory over Cal State Bakersfield, Dec. 12, 2008.
Oklahoma followed the performance up passing out 25 assists in its 104-55 victory over Bradley, Nov. 21.
THIRTY-FOUR.SEVEN
The Oklahoma bench is averaging 34.7 points per game for the Sooners. In its 100-73 victory over Lamar, Nov. 18, the bench contributed a season-best 56 points and in its tough loss at Duke, Dec. 17, the bench chipped in for 43 of the 72 points.
The Sooners bench averaged 22.5 points a game in non-conference a season ago and contributed 16.3 points a game during Big 12 contests.
PREVIEWING ARKANSAS
Arkansas enters into its game with Oklahoma with an 8-2 record and having won two-straight contests. The two Razorbacks loses came back-to-back; a 80-75 setback to South Dakota State and a 64-52 loss to then No. 18/20 Rutgers. Arkansas has beat one Top 25 squad this season, a 76-67 victory over then No. 16/17 Iowa at the South Point Thanksgiving Shootout in Las Vegas, Nev. The Razorbacks have four players averaging double-figures and is led by Kelsey Brooks, the reigning SEC Player of the Week, at 16.8 points per contest. As a team, they are currently 12th in the nation in rebounding margin, holding a 12.4 rebounding margin over their opponents.
Jimmy Dykes is currently in his first year as the head coach of Arkansas.
OKLAHOMA-ARKANSAS SERIES
The will be the 18th meeting between Oklahoma and Arkansas with the Sooners holding the 10-7 advantage in the all-time series. OU won the last meeting between the two schools 73-70. The match up happened Nov. 23, 2012 at the Rainbow Wahine Showdown in Honolulu, Hawaii. Current redshirt sophomore Maddie Manning earned her first career start against Arkansas in 2012 and scored 10 points and grabbed eight rebounds.
FREE THROW LINE
The University of Oklahoma is struggling from the free throw line. The Sooners are only shooting 59.0 percent (108-of-183) from the charity stripe - currently ranked 326th in the NCAA. Oklahoma did post its best free throw shooting outing of the season in its 4-point loss at UALR though. The Sooners sank a season-high 81.3 percent (13-of-16) from the charity stripe.
KORNET AND BROTHER LUKE LIGHTING IT UP
Oklahoma women's basketball junior Nicole Kornet isn't the only Kornet lighting it up from the 3-point arc this season. Kornet's brother Luke is a sophomore on the Vanderbilt men's basketball team and has drained 15 3-pointers this season, three less than sister Nicole. Luke, whose team is currently 7-2 on the year, is averaging 10.7 points a game compared to Nicole's 10.3. Kornet's father Frank played professional basketball for five years, including two in the NBA after being drafted out of Vanderbilt by the Milwaukee Bucks. Mother Tracey is an Emmy-award winning primetime weeknight anchor in Nashville, Tenn., and formerly in Dallas.
PIERRE-LOUIS MAKING AN IMPACT
Oklahoma freshman center Vionise Pierre-Louis is making an impact on the court for the Sooners, averaging 5.4 points and 3.5 rebounds in 9.8 minutes off the bench. Pretty impressive for a player who only started playing organized basketball five years ago and was cleared medically in October after rehabbing an ACL tear that happened in the high school state championship game a season ago.
THIRTEEN 3-POINTERS
The Oklahoma women's basketball sank a season-high 13 3-pointers in its loss at No. 13/13 Duke, Dec. 17. The 13 3-pointers were four shy of tying the Sooner school record and was the third double-figure 3-point outing of the season. OU has already attempted 208 3-pointers in 2014-15, 56 more than its opponents and two more then it had attempted at this point a season ago. The Sooners have hit an impressive 76 3-pointers (36.5 percent), while last year at this juncture they had only hit 61 (29.6 percent).
