LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Oklahoma will battle Arkansas at 3 p.m. on the SEC Network as part of the 2014 SEC/Big 12 Challenge, the league offices announced Wednesday.
The two-game women's basketball event will be held on Sunday, Dec. 21, at the Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Ark., site of the 2015 SEC Tournament. Texas and Texas A&M will tip off at 12:30 p.m. Central, with the Oklahoma and Arkansas game following at 3 p.m.
Both games will be carried on SEC Network and available through WatchESPN. WatchESPN is accessible online at WatchESPN.com, on smartphones and tablets via the WatchESPN app, and streamed on televisions through Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Xbox 360 or Xbox One to fans who receive their video subscription from an affiliated provider.
Tickets are on sale now at the Verizon Arena box office, all Ticketmaster locations, charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 or online at ticketmaster.com or verizonarena.com. Ticket prices are $18 for adults and $12 for children, with $3 off per ticket for group orders of 10 or more. All tickets may be subject to a service charge. The Big 12 and SEC announced the formation of a women's basketball challenge in August. The event will span at least two years with the 2015 edition held at the Chesapeake Energy Arena in Oklahoma City, site of the 2016 Phillips Big 12 Women's Basketball Championship.
