NORMAN, Okla. -- The remainder of the 2012 Oklahoma baseball television schedule, which features national coverage, was announced on Monday by Sooner Sports Properties.

The Sooner Sports Network will produce nine more games this season and eight of those contests will be televised on Cox Cable (Ch. 3/703 HD) in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Three games produced by the Sooner Sports Network can be seen nationwide on DirecTV via Fox College Sports (Ch. 617 or 623), starting with Tuesday's showdown with No. 9 Arkansas at 6:30 p.m. The other two games are slated for May 13 against Baylor (1 p.m.) and May 15 against TCU (6:30 p.m.).

Each of the games will be televised live from Norman with local sports personality Chad McKee calling the play-by-play and additional contests will be added throughout the season. Please check your local cable or satellite provide for coverage in your area.

The Sooners are also scheduled to appear in two games on Fox Sports Southwest. The first of the two nationally televised games will be played on Friday, May 4 in Tulsa, Okla., for the Oklahoma Farm Bureau Bedlam Series. That game is scheduled for 7 p.m. at ONEOK Field in downtown Tulsa. The second game comes during the final Big 12 series of the year against Baylor. The Sooners and Bears will tangle at 2 p.m. on Saturday May 12 on FSN.

Eight Sooner games this year have already been televised, including four national broadcasts.

In the last six years, 75 OU games have been seen on regional or national television, with 20 telecasts in 2011.
