Baseball/Softball to Hold Clothing/Shoe Drive

NORMAN, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) will hold a clothing and shoe drive benefitting Habitat for Humanity this Friday at the OU Softball Complex as the Sooners take on Texas Tech at 7 p.m.

The organization will gather again on Friday, April 13 at L. Dale Mitchell as the Oklahoma baseball team takes on Missouri at 6:30 p.m.

The 2012 Sooner Spring Cleaning Clothing and Shoe Drive will begin at each stadium when gates open an hour and a half prior to each start time. 

Student-athlete volunteers will be collecting clothing and shoes for donation until the bottom of the third inning at each event.
