NORMAN, Okla. – The University of Oklahoma women's tennis team takes a break from Big 12 play to face College of Charleston on Tuesday, March 20 at 2 p.m. CT.
Oklahoma (7-7, 2-1 Big 12) is coming off a 4-3 loss to Kansas State on Sunday, March 11. OU started conference play with back-to-back wins against Oklahoma State and Kansas.
College of Charleston (13-4, 5-0 SoCon) enters Tuesday's match on a nine-match winning streak, including three straight wins over the weekend.
OU is led by its 44th-ranked duo, Marie-Pier Huet and Whitney Ritchie. The pair is a combined 11-3 at the No. 1 doubles position.
Ritchie also holds the team-best singles record with a 12-4 record between the No. 1 and No. 2 positions.
The Sooners return to Big 12 action with two conference matches this weekend against Iowa State on Friday, March 23 at 4 p.m., and Sunday, March 25 at noon.
