  Oklahoma Team Notes

Oklahoma seven-game winning streak is its longest since opening the 2010-11 season with seven victories. Prior to that, OU's longest winning streak was 20 games, lasting from Dec. 3, 2008, to Feb. 21, 2009.

The Sooners next host Vanderbilt on Sunday, Dec. 16, at 2 p.m. at the Lloyd Noble Center in Norman, Okla. The game will be televised on FS Southwest Plus, FS Oklahoma and FCS Central.

OU's string of allowing 30 or fewer points per half ended after eight consecutive periods as North Texas scored 38 in the second half Thursday.

Oklahoma leads the all-time series with North Texas 20-2 and has won 10 straight meetings. OU has won all 12 meetings in Norman.
