OU Men Remain at No. 6 Nationally

NORMAN, Okla. – The University of Oklahoma men's cross country team remains at No. 6 in the nation in the latest rankings provided Tuesday by the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Association (USTFCCCA).  The men also maintained a No. 2 regional ranking.

The group last competed at the Hurricane Cross Country Festival on Sept. 3 in Tulsa, Okla., which resulted in a second place finish for the Sooners.  Taylor Wardall was the top finisher for OU followed by Frezer Legesse, Danny Nicolls, Ryan Poland, Malcolm Wankel and Ross Larimer.

The Oklahoma men have two more weekends off before heading to Bethlehem, Pa. for the Lehigh Brooks Paul Short Run on Sept. 30.
