Five Women's Hoops Games on FSN

NORMAN, Okla. -- The Big 12 Conference has announced its 2011-12 FOX Sports Net women's basketball telecast schedule, which features five appearances for Oklahoma.

The Sooners will appear on the first two FSN broadcasts of the new year when OU visits Texas A&M on Sunday, Jan. 8, and Oklahoma State on Saturday, Jan. 14.

Also on the FSN schedule are Oklahoma's home games versus Texas on Saturday, Jan. 21, and Baylor on Thursday, Jan. 26, as well as the rematch with Longhorns in Austin on Saturday, Feb. 25.

The game versus Baylor in Norman has been changed from a previously scheduled date of Jan. 25.

Additionally, FSN will broadcast the Big 12 Championship live from Kansas City, Mo., beginning with the quarterfinal rounds on Thursday, March 8.

The full ESPN women's college basketball and the Sooner Sports Network broadcast schedules will be announced at a later date.

Oklahoma's season begins Wednesday, Nov. 2, with an exhibition against Central Oklahoma at the Lloyd Noble Center. Tip-off time is 7 p.m.
