• Oklahoma shot a season-low 32.1 percent from the field and lost for just the second time at home this year as No. 3 Texas posted a 68-52 win at Lloyd Noble Center.
• Starters scored all 68 points for Texas and each finished in double figures. The quintet combined to shoot 62.5 percent from the field.
• The Longhorns have won all nine of their Big 12 games by double figures. Their average victory margin in league play is 18.1 points. UT has also held eight of its nine conference opponents to sub-.400 field goal shooting.
• Oklahoma suffered its worst defeat in six games despite committing a season-low-tying eight turnovers. It was OU's lowest total in 17 games.
• With 16 points, sophomore forward Andrew Fitzgerald led OU in scoring for the eighth time this year. Fitzgerald, who scored 18 points at Texas on Jan. 15, added five rebounds in 38 minutes tonight.
• Sophomore guard Steven Pledger was the only other Sooner in double figures in scoring with his 13 points. He was 3-for-4 from 3-point range to up his team-high trey total to 50 on the year. He also leads OU with his .368 season mark from behind the arc. Pledger was held scoreless in the teams' first meeting.
• Freshman forward Tyler Neal, who registered eight points and five rebounds in Austin on Jan. 15, came off the bench to record six points and a career-high seven boards tonight. His 20 minutes of playing time were his second most of the year (played 24 minutes vs. Virginia on Nov. 23).
• Texas posted a 38-27 rebounding advantage and outscored the Sooners 28-14 in the paint.
• Oklahoma's 52 points marked its third lowest total of the season. Two of OU's three lowest totals have come against Texas (it tallied 46 in a 20-point loss in Austin).
• The Sooners play at No. 19 Missouri on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. CT (televised by the Big 12 Network).
