• Down 39-24 at halftime, Oklahoma battled back to within five points (55-50) with six minutes left before Kansas State reeled off 14 straight points in less than two minutes en route to a 77-62 home win.
• The Sooners committed 15 turnovers to Kansas State's 12 and were outscored 21-12 off those miscues.
• Senior guard Cade Davis scored 21 points (his most in eight games) and pulled down a game-high seven rebounds in 30 minutes. He was 8-for-9 from the field and 4-for-5 from 3-point range.
• Davis' four 3-pointers moved him into a tie with Ryan Minor for fifth place on OU's career list (170).
• Sophomore forward Andrew Fitzgerald went 6-for-7 from the free throw line and finished with 10 points and five boards. Both he and Davis were saddled with second-half foul trouble.
• Sophomore guard Carl Blair finished with 10 points, four rebounds, four assists and two steals, but also committed six turnovers. He was 4-for-8 from the field and made two of his four 3-point tries.
• Oklahoma shot 44.7 percent from the field while Kansas State shot 45.3 percent.
• Kansas State was the beneficiary of a five-point possession and a four-point play during its 14-0 second-half run.
• Guards Jacob Pullen (27) and Rodney McGruder (20) combined for 47 of Kansas State's 77 points. The duo went 8-for-13 from 3-point range and 11-for-12 at the free throw line.
• OU plays at No. 21 Texas A&M on Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. CT.
